Sock opinion needed!

I'm ready for yet another pair of socks.  They are going to be 2 color, variegated purple and variegated lime green from Claudia's Handpaint - the photo doesn't do it justice, the colors look really great together.  I have 3 patterns I'm trying to decide between, and need YOUR opinion!  Two of them are fairisle, something I'm happy knitting but have avoided in socks.  I was always concerned about the stretchiness of them, but there are so many stranded sock patterns it must be ok.  The third, Bolts, is fairisle only on top of the foot where the pattern is.  The yarn is carried inside the sock across the pattern area to the beginning of each round and twisted in, just like knitting a circular swatch flat.  If I do the bolts pattern I think I may flip the colors for the 2 socks.  The other 2 patterns will be purple background and green colorwork. Here are the 3 pics, and the Ravelry links with the name:

So what do you think?  Bolts was my original intention, but I favorited the other two also, and think they could be really cool.  Plus being fairisle they may not wear out and need darning quite as quickly.  But I really like all 3.  So, please let me know what you think, ask other people nearby which they like.  Also any opinions or tips about fairisle socks are welcome!

I really like bolts, to the point of favouriting it, but I think I'm in love with the leezord socks. SO CUTE!

Vote early, vote often, vote leezord!

I think I have to go with the lizard ones. They're adorable... I really like all 3 though. Want to make me a pair?! haha

I love all three, but the Lizard ones.. OMG! I need those for Becky- being a lizard queen and all. The bolts are my 3rd choice.
Fair Isle for socks? Is less stretchy and harder wearing. The pattern should take the stretchy issue into account and unless your feet and legs are gigantic like mine it should not be a problem I would have to add a bit in the ankle and calf.
How distasteful is a trip to the frog pond if needed?? Doesn't bother me at all- Allows for more knitting..

Don't like the bolt design but the lizard is like WOW

I kind of like the stars and swirls, but I do think the lizard would look much better in purple and green than it does as shown. But really, what doesn't look better in purple and green? I'm with Lawre, the bolts are my third choice too.

so--- I have been to Ravelry--- looking-- at socks, and mittens.. Now I am so ready for cooler weather and some two color knitting. Need to go through the stash for yarn and then pick patterns.. All your fault! or should I say "thanks for the inspiration"?? Double-edged is my sword

Thank you all for your input. Leezard socks it is! I'm going to be a good little knitter and do a major Elizabeth Zimmermann-sized swatch to guarantee the socks will slip over my heel properly. Rav. comments say the leg is easy to memorize, so should work for travel. To the swift!
